Q: Is the Cathedral Products file box fire and waterproof?

A: No, our file boxes are not fire or waterproof, however we do supply a fire and waterproof box, the DSBA4.

Q: My file box opens when locked, what can I do to solve this?

A: The file box can open while locked, if the key is still in the lock, the key should always be removed from the lock when transporting.

The box can also occasionally open during carrying if the file box is overloaded. We recommend carrying no more than 2.5kg to avoid this.
