Black Vanilla is much longer than traditional pods. It measures between 17cm and 19cm and contains even more grains. The content of vanilline pods is at least 2.1 % and their humidity is between 32 and 35 %. Black vanilla pods also benefit from a longer refining time which brings extra richness in the development of aromas. Harvest 2019 DLUO 07-2023 store in a glass tube away from light and dry.
