Tor was created in tribute to the ancient Glastonbury Tor in Somerset, made by white Lake cheese. This soft goat’s cheese has a very smooth close texture. (Unpasteurised) (Vegetarian) Oxford Isis: 200g Soft cows milk cheese washed in honey mead to give a tangy pungent rind. Baron Bigod 250g: A creamy, white bloomy rind cheese handmade on Fen Farm in Suffolk. It is currently the only traditionally made raw milk Brie-de-Meaux style cheese produced in the UK.
