2. Poor sound quality or uncomfortable to wear?

Replace with appropriate ear tips to ensure tightness and comfort.

3. What to do if the bluetooth headphones won’t connect to the device?

(1) Delete the Bluetoth connection record on the phone, and turn off the Bluetoth.

(2) Then put on the earphones, and quickly tap the left and right earbuds touch area 5 times at the same time until you hear a “power off” sound

(3) Put the two pairs of headphones back into the case on the headphone case lid, wait five seconds, and take them out at the same time.
